One Button SOS

As a single woman working as an estate agent I find this device very reassuring. I know that I'm just a button press away from help arriving should I ever need it. The two-way conversation and listening capability of the device just adds to my feeling of security. I would never show clients around a house on my own without it.

The device automatically answers calls and has a clear and effective microphone and speaker. So if my father has a fall I can speak to him or listen to what is going on if he cannot speak. And I can see his exact location on my phone within a few metres.
What attracted me most about this device is its security. It has password protection and can be set up to accept incoming calls only from the numbers you program into it. Some other alarms do not have this protection, meaning anyone can call the devices and listen to what is going on without your knowledge, which should be illegal. Have had the device 6 months now and am very pleased with it.

Looked at different models and services but this particular model came out on top. I wanted to be able to monitor my elderly father with a device and an app that could be programmed with my number and other family members as emergency contacts, rather than a call centre. The PAYG sim card option suits our needs. And the built in fall down monitor and Geofence features are also there if and when we need to use them.

My mother uses it on a keyring. It's simpler for her to use than a mobile phone if she has a fall or other emergency. She just presses the SOS button. No fumbling about. And we can see her location straight away on the map. Can't fault it.
